AIRPORT, NEGOMBO , KANDY
Arrival, welcome & assistance at the airport leave to Kandy. En-route visit the fishing village in Negombo, which is the center of the island’s fishing community. It is largely Roman Catholic by faith, with huge imposing churches down almost every street. The sea & the catamarans are the backdrop to the Negombo scenery. Installations at the hotel relax. Evening visit the city of Kandy The most famous landmark of Kandy is its lake, in the center of the city. The Kandy market is a great bazaar full of the sounds of exiting trade. Late in the evening view the Kandyanne cultural performance return to hotel overnight.

KANDY, DAMBULLA, SIGIRIYA, MATALE
After B’fast leave to Sigiriya, En-route visits the rock cave temple of Dambulla. Some of the frescoes in these caves are over 2000 years old. There is also a colossal figure of the recumbent Buddha 14 meters long carved out of rock. Climb the rock of Sigiriya built by the patricide king Kashyapa in the 5th century ad today it’s a treasure trove of rare art. a pocket of the giant rock are the famous frescoes of the ‘’ heavenly maidens of Sigiriya’’, Visit a spice garden & batik factory in Matale. En-route to Kandy P.M. arrive at hotel in Kandy, the center of the traditional arts in Sri Lanka.
Visit the temple of the sacred tooth relic of Buddha.
Return to hotel for Dinner and overnight.

KANDY, PERADENIYA, PINNAWALA, BEACH
After B’fast visit the royal botanical gardens of Peradeniya which is well known for its large number and variety of plants, ornamental, Decorative, Useful & medicinal More than 4000 species include indigenous and introduced plants. This garden is best known for its collection of orchids the largest in Asia, then leave for Pinnawela & visits the elephant Orphanage. This orphanage was established to feed nurse & house young elephants found abandoned by their mothers. Often the young ones fall into pits and ravines in their request for water during drought period. Continuations to hotel in the beach

The following Treatments & Services are Included in the 06 Days Ayurveda Package at the beach hotel.
The procedure for the Ayurveda Therapy Package is given below:
On the first day the guest would have an initial consultation with our Ayurveda Physician which would be of about 30 minutes duration. During this consultation (“Prakurthi“), equillibrium and imbalances of the 3 Ayurveda “Doshas“ (Air “Vata“, Bile “Pitha“ and Phlem “Kapha“) of the individual is identified by the Ayurveda Physician. The Ayurveda Physician would prescribe a treatment procedure, a Diet based on the food values according to Ayurveda concepts, Yoga exercise regime and meditation to be followed by the guest. Thereafter there would be a daily follow-up consultation of 10 minutes duration with our Ayurveda Physician who would decide whether to continue with the same treatments, alter the treatment duration, or to change the treatment methods.
There would be a minimum of 2 ½ hours of Ayurveda treatment per day and the treatments would consist of a combination of the following:
| Shirobyanga - to nourish the scalp and enhance growth of hair |
| Shirodhara - to induce sleep and release stress |
| Parisheka - to relieve burning sensation of the body |
| Abyanga - to impart strength, good complexion and longevity and to relieve fatigue and induce sound sleep to relieve aches & pains,ease muscular spasm & muscular rheumatism |
| Mukabyanga - to nourish the facial muscles and to improve complexion |
| Ayurveda Face Paks - to cleanse, moisturize and soothe the skin |
| Akshitarpana - to use a special eye bath to nourish the eyes and enhance eye sight |
| Netraparisheka - to cleanse the eyes, soothe and cool irritated eyes |
| Netrapindi - to place special medicated eye packs to soothe irritated eyes and to nourish and relax tires eyes |
| Pinda Sweda - to induce sweat, remove stiffness of joints and make them supple, cleanse body channels and to invigorate and restore by the application of a special procedure of sudation |
| Naadi Sweda - to direct regulated steam to localized areas to relieve pain by means of a special apparatus |
| Kuti Sweda - (Sauna) to reduce weight used with care under the supervision of the ayurveda doctor |
Steam Bath - to reduce body weight and fat the body is made to sweat in a special chamber made out of medicinal wood.

| Herbal Bath - to alleviate certain skin disorders, remove toxins and relieve pain.It refreshes and invigorates the human body |
| Pebble Walk - to bring about reflex reactions of the sole to stimulate and tone-up internal organs. |
