The Sherwood Tea Plantation Bungalow is one of the best maintained Tea bungalows in the island. Giving its guests an opportunity to experience of being in a typical tea estate bungalow put up by English planters many years ago. This bungalow is situated about 180 kilometres away from the International Airport & about 4500 feet above sea level. The salubrious climate of Haputale & this beautiful Tea bungalow is a perfect base from which to explore the stunning Haputale area – a region abound with tea covered mountains, untamed forests and dramatic scenery. Though it is an old bungalow if had been recently refurbished & has all the necessary mod-cons, yet successfully preserves its old world charm.

The bungalow has 4 well furnished bedrooms - 1 triple room, 2 double rooms and 1 single room which can accommodate about 6 Adults and 4 Children, 3 toilets.

The bungalow also has a sitting room with fire place, a morning Room & a dining Room.

Bathtubs, Hot & cold water, TV & DVD Player are some of the facilities which the bungalow has. The visitors will also have the service of an In-house Butler and a Cook who will serve traditional Sri Lankan and Western Cuisine.
